2. Q--Are your samples free or need cost?
A--Actually it lies on the products. For low value products, we will offer free samples and need you pay the freight collect. But for some samples of high value, it need sample cost&freight collect.
3. Q--How long can I expect to get the sample?
A--If we have sample at warehouse, we can send with 3 days, but if need to do sampling, it may takes 7-10days to send you sample.
4. Q--What about the lead time for mass production?
A--To be honest, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. Generally, it takes around 25-35days for mass production.
5. Q--Can we visit your factory?
A--Of course, we will prepare for everything in advance if it is necessary. Generally, it is requirement that customers must have build agenc reationship or business relationship with our company.
